Interesting situation today. My Doblo at the garage (non-Fiat - a general maintenance garage) and I asked to replace the fuel filter (as I do not like to open the Fuel tank. After some conslutation, the reply: apparently, no fuel filter can be ordered seperately; only as an assembly together with the fuel pump. Costs: Euro 650.

Jan 28, 2015. #7. The JTD engine has electronic fuel injection. The high pressure pump on the engine does not need to be timed. The toothed drive pulley on the pump can go anywhere on the belt. The system operates at very high pressure. Be sure to depressurise it before loosening any metal fuel pipes. .
