It’s definitely possible, but I’d be surprised if another one happened. There are two reasons these two games were made I think. Firstly, fantasy and superheros were super popular at great material to use, secondly - the boys wanted to do them. And they only do what they want to do, seems like.
Curious to see how/if they top the older games. Also curious how a 3d south park game would work. It would probably be pretty copy/pasty if they made another game where you're a kid in the town playing games with the other kids but the formula worked. Definitely excited to hear more
So as gamers know, this next South Park game is going to be another reboot of sorts of the kinds of games that come out for this franchise, but it does have potential.

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: I really enjoyed the last South Park game, The Stick of Truth. But that was a game where there was a lot of public frustrations about the pushed release date, and more
As we look forward to the sure-to-be ridiculous RPG, we decided to revisit an interview that I conducted with South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone for our January 2012 cover story. You can read it in its entirety below. The concept of this game has been floating around for a while.
